Returns

RETURN PERIOD

Please contact us within the return period to request a return. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
For a full refund, the item must be unused, with the final OPP bag sealed and the silver security sticker intact.
If the sticker is removed, the item will be considered used, and only a partial refund will be issued. (The unopened bag allows for a clear inspection of the item's condition.)


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We cover the shipping costs for all orders. However, if you are returning the item for reasons other than a defect, the following costs will be charged:

　●Customs duties for re-importing the item to Japan

Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued after confirming that the original shipping fee has been refunded via PayPal.


CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES
Customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees will not be refunded, even in the case of a return.


IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
When returning an item, please clearly mark the shipping label with the word "Return." If this is not indicated, additional customs duties or taxes may be incurred when the item is returned to Japan, and those charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Additionally, we strongly recommend using shipping insurance for returns. If the item is lost or damaged during the return process, the cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE
We cover all shipping and insurance costs for your order.
All items are shipped from Japan via FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post EMS, ensuring reliable and secure delivery services.
Please note that sales within Japan via eBay are not possible.


DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which will be updated on eBay for you to track your shipment.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Customs duties and import fees are not included in the total amount at checkout.
These fees are determined by the customs office in the destination country, and we are unable to estimate them in advance.
We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs office or shipping carrier for detailed information before making your purchase.
Once you receive a customs fee notification, please make payment promptly.
We cannot accept returns or refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges.
If the item is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will charge the buyer for the shipping costs we paid to send the item, insurance, return shipping fees, and customs duties for re-importing the item to Japan.

Due to customs regulations, we cannot mark items as "gift" or declare a value lower than the actual transaction price.

All items sold in our store are 100% authentic. Each product is thoroughly inspected and authenticated by our experienced appraisers before being listed for sale.
We do not sell counterfeit or replica items, and we do not accept claims of counterfeit made unilaterally by buyers or third parties.

If you suspect an item is counterfeit, you must provide an official document from the brand’s authorized boutique stating that the item has been identified as counterfeit. Only under this condition will we accept a return.

ACCESSORIES AND CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
If accessories such as the original box or warranty card are not listed in the item description, they are not included.
Unless there is obvious damage or significant wear, the condition of accessories may not be described.
All items are pre-owned, and accessories, if included, are also used.

To protect previous owners' privacy, personal information on warranty cards may be blacked out or removed.

Sizes are measured by our staff, but slight measurement variations may occur. Please double-check the listed size before purchasing.

Our jewelry is professionally polished and typically in excellent condition, though small scratches may remain due to previous use or store display.

All items are thoroughly inspected and certified by experts, and we provide multiple-angle photos whenever possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON WATCHES
For automatic and manual watches, a time deviation of ±30 seconds per day is considered within the acceptable range.

For quartz (battery-powered) watches, we cannot guarantee the remaining battery life unless otherwise stated. Please note that these are pre-owned items, and unless the battery has been recently replaced, battery life may vary.
